Roadmap

The goal: checked intelligence in the .NET apps you already have, with rules kept as data you can change while they run.

Now, next and later

Now: being built. Next: planned. Later: being explored. The roadmap shows direction, not a commitment.

Now
  • The three packages will be on NuGet.
Next
  • Structural work, such as mapping fields between types, will call the model once per shape and intent, not on every call.
  • The license notice will be easier to see while you build and run your app.
  • Database questions will be tested on more engines.
  • Live tests will cover more models, and intents called by real agents.
Later
  • Agents will find and call intents with less setup.
  • Intents will load from a database or a configuration service, not only from a folder.

Passes: the area passed on that framework. Real calls to a local model served by Ollama also passed. No test runs against the .NET 9 build. It is compiled from the same source.

Known limits

  • File reload is tested on local folders. Network shares, Kubernetes ConfigMaps and editors that save through a temporary file and a rename are not tested.
  • Intent versions are reported, not enforced. An edit that keeps or lowers the version still loads; a reload while the app runs reports it.
  • Database schema discovery is tested on SQLite only.
  • Runtime JSON schemas: constraint keywords such as minimum or pattern are checked by the intent catalog's validator or by validators of your own, not by the core alone.
