The editions and prices are on the pricing page. Non-commercial open-source projects may ask for a free license; each request is decided individually and recorded in writing.

Paid licenses include support by email during US Eastern business hours, with a response target by edition.

A lost or missing key
License keys are sent by email. If a key has not arrived, check the spam folder first. Then write from the address you used to buy or to ask for an evaluation, with the license id (it starts with lic_) if you have it, and we will send the key again.
