Pricing
Free for 30 days. After that, any business use needs a paid license, including development, and production use needs one from the first day. Personal use and coursework stay free.
Annual subscriptions, in US dollars.
All editions are annual subscriptions in US dollars, billed yearly in advance. Prices are for new and renewing licenses and may change for future terms; the price you pay is fixed for the term you have paid.

The Developer price is per developer. Tax is added where it applies. Online checkout is not open yet: each Buy button starts an email to licensing@c2consultants.net, and the reply is a quote and an invoice.
Which edition
Developer costs less than Team for up to 4 developers; from 5, Team costs less.
Rules that apply to every edition
Count the developers who write, change, build or debug code that calls IntentSharp. People who only operate or use the finished application do not count.
Deployments are unlimited. A licensed organization may run its applications on as many servers, containers and environments as it needs.
Developers are named. A seat can be reassigned when someone leaves a team, not shared between people.
Consultancies and agencies license their own developers in one of the editions above, and the client licenses its own production use separately unless the consultancy's order names the client as the end user and pays for its tier.
Three-year prepaid terms receive a 10 percent discount. Non-profit organizations and accredited educational institutions buying for administrative (non-coursework) use receive 25 percent off Team and Business.
Shipping IntentSharp to third parties (OEM, embedded, resold) is not covered by Developer, Team, Business or Enterprise. It is quoted separately based on distribution volume.
What a paid license includes
- Production and commercial use rights for the licensed developers or organization, for the term.
- All updates and new releases published during the term, including major versions.
- Support by email at the response target for the edition, during US Eastern business hours.
- A license key, plus an invoice that serves as proof of license.
- A fallback right if the subscription lapses: you may keep using any version of IntentSharp released on or before the lapse date, without updates, fixes or support.
Evaluate first, in three steps.
Every edition can be evaluated free for 30 days, on development and test systems, before you buy.
Ask with your work email
One evaluation per company email domain in any 365 days.
Receive the key by email
Good for 30 days on development and test systems.
Add the key
One line of configuration, as the license guide describes. It is checked offline.
How to pay
By email, until online checkout opens: write to licensing@c2consultants.net with your company's legal name and billing address, the edition and the number of developers. You receive a quote and then an invoice, and the license key by email once the payment is received, normally within one business day.
Three-year terms, the non-profit and education discounts, and OEM licenses are quoted by email. Buying means accepting the terms of sale and the license.
Questions buyers ask
Who counts as a developer?
Anyone who writes, changes, builds or debugs code that calls IntentSharp. People who only operate or use the finished application do not count, and neither do servers, containers or environments: deployments are unlimited.
What happens without a key?
The library keeps working and logs a warning. The license still requires a key for business use after the evaluation.
Does it phone home?
No. The key is a signed record checked offline against public keys built into the library, which sends nothing to us.
What if our subscription lapses?
You keep using any version released on or before the lapse date, without updates, fixes or support. Builds released after your key's maintenance date refuse the key.
We are a consultancy. Who buys?
You license your own developers in one of the editions, and your client licenses its own production use, unless your order names the client as the end user and pays for its tier. One quote can cover both.
Can we pay by purchase order? Do you supply a W-9?
Ask for a quote at licensing@c2consultants.net: you receive a quote and then an invoice, payable by the method it lists. Ask in the same email for the vendor forms your accounts payable team needs.
What is your refund policy?
Every edition can be evaluated free for 30 days before you buy, so payments are non-refundable, with one exception: within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription, we refund it in full if the license key does not work and we cannot fix it. Renewals are not refunded; cancel before the renewal date. The terms of sale have the details.
