Thrown by Build() when the license stops the client from being built: always for VersionGated (a paid key whose maintenance ended before this build was released), and for None, Invalid and EvaluationExpired only when FailWhenUnlicensed is set. With AddIntentSharp it is thrown, unwrapped, when the host starts (or, without a host, when the client is first resolved). It is never thrown by a request on a client that was built.
