What an agent tool needs from an intent runner: run a named intent and return its verified result as JSON, describe
a definition, and list the enabled ones. IntentRuntime from IntentSharp.Catalog is the standard
runner; implement this interface to expose another catalog runner as tools through IntentToolExtensions.

Methods
- Describe(string)
The current definition of the named intent. Throws when no intent has that name.
- EnabledDefinitions()
Every enabled definition in the current catalog snapshot. AsAIFunctions(IIntentInvoker) creates the tools in this order.
- RunAsync(string, object?, CancellationToken)
Runs the named intent on the input. Every shape is returned as JSON; failures are reported in the result.
