Creates an empty schema: the dialect "SQL", no tables, and the current UTC time as the discovery time.

The SQL dialect the model is asked to write, for example "SQLite" or "PostgreSQL". Default "SQL".

When the schema was discovered (UTC).

The discovered tables and views.
