Declares a constraint on an intent method. Several may be stacked.

Declares what a method achieves so it can be executed through ExecuteIntentAsync<T>(MethodInfo, object?, CancellationToken). The method body is not run; the intent, the supplied input and any limits and checks declared with AIGuardrailAttribute define the operation.
